In the run up to the 2012 Autumn Statement, the Civil Engineering Contractors Association campaigned on behalf of members to address some of the major challenges facing the sector. Hochtief’s Keith Broughton will provide an overview of the campaign, its successes, and the work that remains to be done in 2013.
