The Enterprise Zone (EZ) Aerohub @ Newquay Cornwall Airport went live on the 1st April 2012. It is the UK’s only aerospace focused Enterprise Zone on an operational civilian airport; it is one of the largest development opportunities in the West of England with an unparalleled aviation environment and attractive financial incentives. In the next 5 years, it is expected that 700+ jobs will be created on the airport site and a further 375 on the Business Park.
Miles Carden, Aerohub Enterprise Zone Manager, will cover what the Enterprise Zone is and what it means for Cornwall.
