Site visit to phase one of the Prime Four Business Park Development at Kingswells, Aberdeen. Drum Property Group Ltd. is the developer of this high profile project which, when complete, will provide an energy hub with state-of-the-art office and global training facilities for major oil and gas Clients. In addition to the buildings and internal site infrastructure there is also a programme of multi-million pound road improvement works. The site visit will be followed by the ABM.
