This presentation will explore the opportunities and challenges presented by target contracting under the topic headers Risk, Resourcing and Reporting.
Factors covered will include: cost capture; programming; reactive versus planned works; budget surety versus value for money considerations; and lots more.
The talk will be interactive with some shared experiences, tangible solutions and useful insights into how to achieve success, and Ben promises to use 10 PowerPoint slides or less!
