Speaker - Richard Coxe is a technical director with AECOM in the Ports & Marine division of the Perth office, where he has been for the last 10 years.  He graduated at Clare College, Cambridge in 1974.  Previous to Perth he has worked on major projects as an expatriate engineering manager, in ten different countries, with contractors, consultants and client organisations.  Much of his work has been in port developments and construction, other marine projects, and mass transit railways in Hong Kong.  In Hong Kong he was particularly responsible for temporary works engineering of a number of challenging projects.
