Kelvin Hughes is a leading authority on the NEC contracts. As a contract consultant he advises clients, contractors and consultants on all forms of contract. He lectures extensively throughout the UK and abroad.
This seminar will cover the key elements of construction contracts, including responsibilities, risk, variations, payments, subcontracts and disputes, as well as highlights of the contract varieties. These include ICE 7th, ICE Minor Works, NEC Family, JCT and FIDIC. The day will include some group work as well as more formal presentations.
