Michael Phillips, Chartered Engineer and President of Engineers Ireland extends a warm invitation to his Presidential Address. 

Each year, the President of Engineers Ireland shares their views on an area of particular interest to the President, that also encompasses developments in the engineering sector.

The role of the engineer in society is constantly changing – as one challenge is identified and overcome, another presents itself due to the ever shifting needs of humanity and the environment. In his Presidential Address Michael Phillips Chartered Engineer, Engineers Ireland President, and Director of Traffic and City Engineer at Dublin City Council, will explore the ever-evolving role of the engineer including the contribution they will make to the economy into the future. Please feel free to bring along any of your colleagues who might be interested.

Please arrive at 6.15 pm for a prompt 6.30 pm start. The address will be followed by an informal drinks reception.
