At this event recently Chartered engineers will share their experiences with Graduate and Student members. There will also be an opportunity to network with other engineers in the area.
Looking to take your Professional Review and after some advice on preparation for your presentation? Want to find out more about the projects recently Chartered Engineers were working on in the lead up to their Professional Review?
The presentation aspect of the Professional Review, CPR and MPR, focuses on communication skills and is aimed to focus an item that is not included in the project report. It can be difficult deciding what should be in the report and what aspect should be left for the presentation. The events presenters have recently passed their Professional Review so have had to make this decision. The presentations will start by describing the background to the project report and how they decided what feature to leave for the presentation and conclude with their Professional Review presentation.
The event will provide an opportunity to ask the presenters questions about their reviews and discuss project / professional experience related issues. There will also be opportunity to chat and discuss your own experiences with other graduates in a local pub afterwards.
Attendance certificates will be available upon request following the meeting.
