Teams from companies in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk are welcome to take part. Each team (maximum 7 players) must have at least two ICE members of any grade.
An information pack will be sent teams upon registration. Please note that all entries should be sunmitted by 17.30 on Friday 15 February 2013. Please register via the 'Book Online' buttons on this page. There is an entry fee of £40 per team to cover costs, which will taken at the time of registration.
'Astro-turf' Trainers (Studs or Blades are not permitted) are advised and shin-pads must be worn at all times.
The winner of this event will receive a trophy and go on to represent the East of England at the ICE National 5-a-side Finals in the Summer!
