ICE G&S - Communications Competition
Come and Support Your Peers!
The ICE G&S Group would like to welcome all members to attend the East Midlands Regional Final of the ICE Communications Competition.
Four teams from across the region have each selected and developed a pre-prepared engineering scenario, and will make a 15 minute presentation to the audience in a mock public consultation format.
The scenarios selected by the teams include:
- A new bypass for a rural village
- An extension to the East End London Underground tube line
- Proposals for a new Waste Transfer Station
Each presentation will be followed by up to 10 minutes Q&A and audience participation is greatly encouraged. The presentations will be judged by a panel of senior engineers and the winning team will be announced on the evening.
