AME South Wales & REG: Site Visit to Coed D'Arcy Urban Village Development, Neath
Meet at the Tower Inn Hotel, Jersey Marine, SA10 6JL (near Amazon warehouse) - coffee
The Project: the design of the project is a mixed development based on the principle of sustainable development. The complete scheme will entail the construction of homes, shops, small industries and leisure and community facilities.
There will be a presentation/discussion, site tour, and a buffet lunch, and the visit will terminate around 2.30pm.
Note: The closing date is Monday, 20th February 2012 and numbers are restricted.
