Follow A66 to Sheep and Wool Centre Roundabout, taking exit for Cockermouth (A5086). At traffic lights head straight on into Station Street. Cockermouth Mountain Rescue Team Centre is immediately on the right (before you reach the Fire Station).
Meetings begin at 18.00 with complimentary light refreshments. Presentations will usually start at 18:30 after the refreshments and normally last for an hour. The meetings finish around 19:50 after the presentation and a short question and answer session. Any notices are usually given at the end.
