This half day seminar is aimed at all those contemplating or already participating in Initial Professional Development towards ICE membership.
This includes:
Trainees developing their understanding of what’s involved
Supervising Civil Engineers (SCEs) and Delegated Engineers (DEs) who need to
refresh their knowledge of the training process
Prospective SCEs and DEs as part of their training for the role
Organisations contemplating establishing an ICE Approved Training Scheme

- ICE Training Process
- Organising your personal development
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Completing the Development Objectives
- Mentoring
- Written Assignment/Test groups
This module is not suitable to those completing a Career Appraisal or taking the Technical Report Route. Separate training is available for these.
