Richard Coy of Chevron Traffic Management will discuss all aspects of the design and implementation of temporary traffic management from early highway scheme designs through appointment, detailed TM scheme design through to production and review of drawings and installation and maintenance of the schemes on site. In particular he will focus on the Highway Agency’s aiming for Zero initiative and the impacts on the industry.
