Temporary works – How the permanent design is realised
Speaker:
Angus Cormie, Ogilvie Construction
After a brief spell in consulting Angus has spent his professional life in contracting and manufacturing. His specialism is alternative forms of design/construction and “design to be built”. He has recently joined a specialist manufacturer of light gauge high rise frames. His contracting experiences have exposed him to many forms of construction and methods necessary to support the structure during installation. He has lectured widely to ISE and Universities on design, health & safety and temporary works. He is a Fellow of ISE and ICE and sits on ISE Council and SCOSS.
