The long-awaited restoration of a two-track railway between Charlbury and Evesham has now been achieved. ICE Hereford & Worcester Group in conjunction with the Railway Civil Engineers Association are pleased to welcome David Northey back to provide a final update on the dualling works that were essentially completed during 2011. David will also take a look at some of his other current and recent projects.
