Power is an essential ingreident for London's success but how will it be generated to meet future demand?
Speaking at this event to try and answer that question will be:
- Kirsty Alexander from the Nuclear Industry Association who will explain nuclear energy's role in meeting future power requirements
- Christos Kolliatsas of Mott MacDonald who will talk about renewable energy, and
- Kevin Whiting of WSP Environment and Energy who will explore how power can be generated from waste.
The Government published its Energy Bill in December 2012 and this event will also look at how it will impact on future energy needs and delivery.
