Simon Attwood of ISG will be explaining how the Velodrome became the most sustainable building on the Olympic Park.
The seminar will include details of the innovative design and structural solutions adopted to ensure that the building met both Olympic and legacy requirements. A particular emphasis of the seminar will be that sustainable design does not have to compromise function or aesthetics.
The seminar is intended to be informal and interactive.
Simon is a Chartered Environmentalist and a Chartered Builder with over 30 years' experience in construction. Simon is Head of Sustainability for ISG Construction.
Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be served at 6.00pm.
ISE AGM will commence at 6.00pm prior to the presentation.
