This talk will give a general overview and introduction to Conditions of Contract, Specifications and Design Standards frequently used on Engineering and Construction projects.
Risk is also an important element. The talk will cover Risk, with examples and how to prepare, price and manage a Risk Register.
The talk is aimed at graduates and students and is designed as an introduction to important topics for Initial Professional Development
