ICE Wales Cymru Ground Engineering Group (GEG) have organised a talk on the Glyn Bends Cutting and Pont Melin Rûg.
This lecture presents examples of geotechnical challenges faced at two different sections of the A5 trunk road, near Corwen in North Wales, and discusses the solutions that were found.

The speaker is Sergio Solera from Arup.

A light buffet will be provided outside the lecture theatre at 5.30, and the lecture will start at 6.15pm.
