This seminar is designed to deliver information and guidance to cover both the principles and practice of ICE training. The sessions will provide you the opportunity to receive advice on training and mentoring and preparing candidates for the Professional Review.
If you are a new Supervising Civil Engineer, Delegated Engineer or have an interest developing engineers in your organisation and would like up-to-date information on the ICE training requirements, then this is the seminar for you.
The seminar will also be useful to existing SCEs who feel that it would help them to be refreshed in the process of implementing the 3000 series with its development objectives and attributes. It is mandatory for all SCEs to attend a training session every two years to retain their SCE status. The seminar may also be useful to organisations who have people within HR departments, or training managers, who are not civil engineers by profession, but would like information on ICE training requirements.
