SCE/DE Training
An update on ICE requirements for the role of SCE/DE

The session is an excellent skills and knowledge update for all SCEs and DEs. Recently appointed SCEs, and those who haven’t previously received formal training, are particularly advised to attend.
Areas that will be addressed:
■ Review of routes to membership
■ Tools for initial professional development
■ Support for professional review
■ Attributes of SCEs and monitoring of trainees
There will be workshop sessions which provide an excellent opportunity for SCEs and DEs to share best practice and develop their mentoring skills.
Cost
£95 + VAT (including lunch)
The training will be led by Membership Development Officers from the ICE NW Regional Support Team.
