The aims…
This seminar will discuss the need for training, the aim, how to achieve it, how to achieve it more quickly, and how to have it recognised.
New SCEs will be advised of the training process for trainees under agreement. However, with the introduction of the 3000 series suite of documents, and revised Company Training Schemes, the seminar will also be useful to existing SCEs who feel that it would help them to be refreshed in the process, particularly as it relates to the 3000 series with its Development Objectives and Attributes.
The seminar may also be useful to organisations who have people within HR departments, or training managers, who are not civil engineers by profession, but wish to be informed of the ICE training requirements.
Please consider whether or not there are people within your organisation who would benefit from this seminar.
The day…
Registration from 0945h, for a 1000h start. Refreshments and lunch are provided, with the aim of finishing at 1700h. Members £150+VAT, non-Members £200+VAT.
