This golf meeting is a social event and members are encouraged both to invite guests and to pass on the details to other golfing members or, indeed, put the flyer (see below) onto a workplace notice board so the organisers can increase the numbers attending.
The format is lunch at 12.30, an afternoon of singles stapleford, followed by an evening meal and prize giving. Performances wiill be used as the basis for selection of the South Branch team for the Thomas Telford Trophy 2013 which will be held at the Royal Cinque Ports G C on Monday 1st September.
The cost of entry for the day is £60 per player to cover a round of golf, prizes and evening meal. Alternatively members and guests can play 9 holes in the morning as well for a total cost of £75 which includes coffee and bacon rolls on arrival. The buffet lunch will be an additional £8 if required. Entry fees are payable on the day and further details on timing and directions will be provided nearer the day.
