The Graduate & Students (G & S) Committee runs ICE evening meetings, site visits and socials specifically for students and graduates. We are also the G&S link to the ICE HQ!.
However we can’t put evening meetings together without input from you and currently the Committee is struggling to keep active due to low numbers of involvement.
…what subjects interest you?
…what areas of civil engineering do you want to know more about?
... are there sites and projects you’d like to visit and hear about?
Whatever your suggestions or ideas, we need to know!
So…The G & S Committee for Kent & East Sussex is meeting in two locations on Tuesday evening the 23rd and Thursday the 25th April to try and cover as much of the area as we can. These locations are Pembroke, Gravesend and The White Horse, Maidstone, and we would love to meet some of our fellow members (students and graduates).
This will be a perfect opportunity for you to feedback to your committee about the events we have run and your thoughts for events in the future. You can also find out more about the committee, who we are, what we do and how you can get involved.
We are always looking for active members to get involved in the committee so come along and see what we get up to. Remember, being involved with the ICE is great for your CV, great for building link and contact in different organisations and even better when it comes to achieving your development objectives and Member Reviews!
Oh and most importantly, don’t forget the first round is on us or more...... seriously, it really is!
If you would like a copy of the flyer for this event, please download it here.
It would help us to know if you’re thinking of joining us so please advise attendance to Anne Qualters or t 0208 663 9027.
