This half day seminar is aimed at all those contemplating or already participating in Initial Professional Development towards ICE membership. This includes: trainees developing their understanding of what’s involved; Supervising Civil Engineers (SCEs) and Delegated Engineers (DEs) who need to refresh their knowledge of the training process; prospective SCEs and DEs as part of their training for the role; organisations contemplating establishing an ICE Approved Training Scheme.

Featuring expert speakers this module covers: routes to membership; ICE Training Process; organising your personal development; roles and responsibilities; completing the Development Objectives; mentoring; Written Assignment/Test groups.
