This manifesto sets out ICE's priorities for the Mayor of London and the London Assembly over the next four to forty years, in relation to London's transport, energy, waste and water infrastructure. It has been compiled by ICE's London Expert Panels, who represent the views of the 8,000 civil engineers living and working across the capital.
