Iain Coucher, Chief Executive, Network Rail
ICE/Scott Wilson Transport Lecture 2007
Iain Coucher explores the challenges facing Network Rail, the rail industry and the engineering sector. He outlines the demands of doubling investment in the railways whilst driving down costs, improving performance, providing additional trains and competing for resource against all the other infrastructure investment schemes, such as Crossrail and the Olympics.
