Edmund Booth, consulting engineer, described two studies:
- the first seismic hazard contour maps of the UK mainland prepared for use with a seismic code
- considering when seismic design might be needed for structures within the UK
Edmund Booth is also co-author of Earthquake Design Practice for Buildings.
