The aim of the ICE Civil Engineering Law and Contract Procedure Examination and of ICE Approved courses preparing candidates for the examinations is to promote a better understanding of civil engineering contract conditions, the legal framework within which they operate and the administrative procedures necessary for the successful completion of projects.
