People in London care about their prosperity, the environment, social deprivation and crime. The Mayor has limited powers over the environment and prosperity. His main policies are set out in The London Plan and the Mayor’s Transport Strategy. Two bodies, the London Development Agency and Transport for London, were set up to deliver these strategies.
