Energy from waste has an important role to play in improving energy security in the UK and, by virtue of its biomass content, it can make a valuable contribution towards our renewable energy targets.  This study measures the potential energy from residuals (EfR) in the UK.  It was commissioned by the Renewable Power Association (RPA) and the ICE in March 2005.
