A research report by the University of Southampton Transportation Research Group to inform the production of the State of the Nation report on transport, 2008. It reports on the project literature review and is divided into 3 parts for ease. Part 3 looks at international comparisons, planning and developmental control, additional issues, conclusions and recommendations.
