The ICE Virtual Library is the world’s most comprehensive online civil engineering resource.

The ICE Virtual Library brings together knowledge across three centuries and plays a pivotal role in ICE’s ongoing effort to further the dissemination of civil engineering best practice and research worldwide.

Members and non-members can explore ICE’s publishing archive back to 1836 as well as internationally renowned journals and books from ICE’s publishing arm Thomas Telford Ltd.  In a  major new initiative, more than 350 full text e-books are now available to search or buy. 

Powerful searching tools and advanced browsing capabilities make accessing industry knowledge both simple and intuitive.
