On Monday 24 October, 2011 ICE Director General Tom Foulkes, welcomed over 120 winners and guests to the ICE Annual Awards ceremony.
The event is one of the highlights of the Institution’s calendar and celebrates excellence within Civil Engineering and technical writing.
