Short listed applicants will be invited to a day of interviews. The interview day is scheduled for Friday 14 September 2012 in London*. Unfortunately, if an applicant is unable to attend the interview day an alternative date cannot be arranged.
Each applicant will have one interview with QUEST/ICE representatives and may have up to a maximum of five interviews with companies seeking students to sponsor**. Applicants will be informed which sponsor companies will be attending the interview day in July.
Final selection takes place after the interview day and all applicants will be notified whether or not they have been successful by the end of October 2012. The decision will be final and feedback to individuals who are not successful will not be given.
* A separate interview day is held in Belfast in September for any applicants due to attend a university in Northern Ireland. Precise details of which will be given to relevant applicants at a later date.
** Please note that there are a limited number of scholarships available each year which do not involve sponsorship from a company and these are awarded at the discretion of the QUEST Committee. Applicants can request that they are considered for one of these scholarships exclusively, but this will significantly limit the chances of being awarded a scholarship
