‘Time spent on site’ restrictions now lifted for the Professionally Qualified Persons (PQP) card.
The Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) has introduced new card designs and announced that it has simplified routes to PQP cards.
Qualifying for a PQP card is now much more straightforward. Professionals are no longer limited to spending a maximum of 30 days on site within a six-month period, and the health and safety test has been brought in line with professional responsibilities.
All competence-assessed ICE members who have met CSCS criteria and passed the Managerial and Professionals (MAP) health and safety test can now apply for the PQP card.
