Changes to the 2011 ICE subscription renewal process

Date:

10 SEPTEMBER 2010

The ICE Council has agreed that members who have provided their email address will now receive their subscription renewal notices by email.

This decision was made as part of ICE’s commitment to be more sustainable and to cut down on paper mailings.

The electronic subscription renewal notices will be sent from ice@communicate.ice.org.uk in October 2010. To ensure that the subscription notice goes to your inbox, rather than your junk mail folder, please add this address to your safe senders list by 30 September 2010.

Printable subscription invoice

To support the above change, ICE is introducing a new function within MyICE where you will be able to print your subscription invoice. This will be available from October 2010 to everyone receiving subscription renewal notices by email.

ICE membership card

When you renew your 2011 ICE membership, you will not receive a new membership card.  A membership card is not required to attend regional events or to enter ICE’s headquarters at One Great George Street in London. However, if you would like to request one, please do so via MyICE by Thursday 30 September 2010.

For any further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the ICE subscriptions team at subs@ice.org.uk or on +44 (0)20 7665 2227.
