ICE recognises that professional development is a great way to build on your skills, experience and CPD, and to further your career as an engineer. So we’re offering you the opportunity to get a helping hand through our QUEST award.
As an ICE Graduate member or professionally qualified member you can apply for one of the following two awards this year.
QUEST Travel Award
This award provides funding of up to £1,500 for ICE members and up to £6,000 for a group of ICE members for a professional development activity that involving overseas travel.
Last year 32 awards were made supporting members to take part in activities ranging from community projects in developing countries to presenting papers at international conferences.
The deadlines for applications are 26 April and 28 September 2013.
QUEST Continuing Education Award
This award supports members who are returning to study in either management or technical subjects, with up to £1,500 offered towards the cost of a course.
Past award-winners have studied MBAs and MScs but we will consider a wide range of other relevant qualifications.
The deadline for applications is 26 April 2013.
