ICE Council election: ballot information and test email

Date:

3 MAY 2012

The Electoral Reform Services (ERS) has been appointed to carry out the ballot to ensure the security of the vote for the election.

You will receive a test email soon
ERS will send you a test email from ice@electoralreform.co.uk in May to check that we have a valid email address listed for you. Please kindly add the above ERS email address to your safe senders’ list so the email goes into your inbox, rather than in your junk or spam folder.

Voting method
ICE members who have provided an email address will be able to vote online. If you would like to check or update your email address, please go to MyICE and:
1. Click ‘view/edit full profile’
2. Scroll down to ‘email address’ and click on ‘show details’
3. Click ‘edit’ to update your email address
4. Enter your email address and click ‘submit’.

If you would prefer to use a postal vote instead, please opt out from online voting by Thursday 10 May by going to MyICE and:
1. Clicking on ‘view/edit full profile’
2. Scrolling down to ‘ballot & voting options’ and clicking on ‘show details’
3. Ticking the box requesting a postal vote.
