ICE East of England welcomes four new Fellows

Congratulations to ICE East of England members David Rolin, Paul Sheffield, David Liming and Campbell Middleton who, at last week’s Fellowship Panel meeting, were all approved for transfer to the grade of Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers

Fellow is the highest grade of membership of the Institution. It may be awarded if you are or have been engaged in a position of responsibility in the promotion, planning, design, construction, maintenance or management of important engineering work.
