For Session 2013-14, the Hong Kong Association has two vacancies available in total. Since the number of nomination received exceeds the number of vacancies available, in accordance with section 17 of the constitution of HKA the election of the candidates onto the committee shall be by means of voting papers. All Corporate Members of the Institution of Civil Engineers (i.e Honorary Fellows, Fellows, Members and Associate Members) residing in HKSAR are eligible to vote. Eligible voters will receive an official voting paper together with Nominees' biography and platform statement; and a pre-addressed return envelope by ordinary mail at his or her address of record.
