ICE New Zealand Photo Competition
We asked ICE members to contribute images that showcased their civil engineering projects. There was a great response, thanks to all those who took the time to enter.
As part of the launch of the new-look ICE website we offered members the chance to submit photos that showcased their projects. The chance to share these (and perhaps the bottles of very nice New Zealand wine offered as enticement) saw a great response with some amazing shots submitted. Congratulations to our winner, Jon Varndell who entered this stunning shot entitled “Gantry Sunset” from the Newmarket Viaduct Replacement project in Auckland New Zealand.
A big thanks also to Jane Findlay of Beca who entered the two runners-up “Auckland Motorways (design and maintenance) by Jae Shim” and “Auckland Harbour Bridge (maintenance) by Jane Keam.
