ICE Technician Professional Reviews to takeplace in Norwich

Date:

21 NOVEMBER 2012

On 10th April 2013 Technician Professional Reviews will be held in Norwich, at County Hall.

Technician membership of ICE is open to a wide range of people within civil engineering.  It is a mark of personal achievement as well as a qualification which adds professional status to an engineer’s career.  It also gives access to the full range of ICE’s services.  Technician Members can add the letters TMICE after their name.  Additionally, Technician Membership earns ECUK Engineering Technician status, e.g. EngTech TMICE.

Full details of the route to Technician Membership are available in the ICE document ICE3002a.  This covers academic qualifications, relevant experience, technician Attributes, submission documents (Experience Report, Project Report, CPD), and the Review process.

Applications for the Review need to be submitted in the week of 7th – 11th January 2013.  The information needed for the application is listed in Membership Guidance Note 17. You need to state on the application form that you are selecting Norwich as the Review centre, this is not shown on the main ICE web site.

If you, or one of your colleagues or friends, are considering applying for TPR then you need to be starting on the documents and preparation for the Review.
