The London 2012 team has approached ICE London with an urgent request for its members to consider applying for voluntary Transport Observer roles that will support both the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The opportunities cover a variety of roles, including both short and longer-term positions and with differing levels of time commitment. These roles include: support for large groups travelling to the Games; helping the blue badge teams in the field; assisting with customer experience feedback and acting as ‘mystery shoppers’ to confirm and improve live operations.
