ICE’s 2011 Member Satisfaction Survey will launch on 27 January and will be hosted online for the second year.
Once again, the Institution is asking all ICE members to take part. We value your feedback and would appreciate receiving responses from as many of you as possible so we can ensure your views are reflected. Sharing your views will help us to gauge how members feel about the Institution and allow us to improve the services we offer you.
Highlights of what ICE has been doing for our members are available in the ICE activities update section (within MyICE) on our website.
The survey is being conducted by The Leadership Factor, a professional research agency, which guarantees to keep your responses and identity confidential and follow the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
We’ll be sending members an email by 27 January with a link to the survey. If you haven’t already done so, please can you update your email address within the MyICE section of our website.
The survey will be open until 17 February 2011.
