ICE West Midlands Welcomes New Assistant Regional Director
ICE West Midlands welcomes Hardip Kartar as the new Assistant Regional Director based at our Birmingham Science Park Aston offices.
ICE West Midlands Welcomes Hardip Karter as the new Assistant Regional Director. His appointment now completes the Regional Support Team and he will be based at our Birmingham Science Park Aston offices.
Hardip studied civil engineering at Dundee University and has 20 years of worldwide engineering experience. Prior to joining the ICE, he worked with AECOM in Abu Dhabi where he was responsible for the project management on land development projects and procurement of major bids. Prior to that, he served as the Land Development Director for Middle East and North Africa for CH2MHill where he had significant success and experience in large program management contracts, including Jumeirah Garden City mixed use sustainable redevelopment and the Al Ain Wildlife Parks and Resort Development Programme. Prior to CH2MHill, Hardip was the Commercial Manager for Hyder Consulting in Dubai where he was responsible for growth and operational success. Hardip brings excellent commercial and management experience that will complement the ICE’s vision, challenges and opportunities for growth. Also, his close contact with ICE as a Supervising Civil Engineer and Professional Reviewer will be extremely valuable.
