On Monday 18th February Peter Radford Past-Chairman of ICE South West, was seen introducing the challenging project of restoring the Tarr Steps in Somerset to their rightful place on regional BBC programme 'Inside Out West'.
During the flooding and high waters on 22nd/23rd December 2012 serious damage was done to the Tarr Steps with a number of large floating trees knocking out several spans of the bridge.
