2013 Project of the Year Awards criteria now available to download from the ICE South West website.
ICE South West Project of the Year Awards 2013 criteria is now available to download from the ICE SW website. In 2012 we received a record number of entries for the awards showing the fantastic work that is going on in the region.
The objective of the Awards is to recognise construction projects of particular merit, physical achievement, innovation or ingenuity which promotes the excellence of the engineering profession, that have been completed in the last calendar year (2012) within the South West area.
There will be three categories of prizes awarded at the 2013 Annual Awards and Dinner; Small Projects – below £1m, Large Projects – over £1m, and The Community Award.
The Criteria
- Technical engineering excellence and ingenuity
- Sustainability and environmental issues
- Approach to health and safety
- Adherence to programme and budget
- Research and development
Deadline for Nominations:
4pm on Friday 26 April 2013
The Awards will be presented annually for a project completed within the previous calendar year (2012). The judges’ decision will be announced and the Awards presented at the ICE South West Annual Awards Ceremony and Dinner, to be held at the Bristol Marriott City Centre on Friday 28 June 2013.
