Regional Coordinator (maternity cover) - Institution of Civil Engineers, South West England Region

The Role
The Regional Coordinator is central to the successful delivery of the ICE's activities in the region through effective daily administration and support for both volunteer members and the Regional Support Team (RST).
Main duties will involve:
- Handling of enquiries as the first point of contact for the region
- Provision of management and coordination support for the RST & Regional Director
- Administrative support to regional Membership activity
- Provision of Meetings and Events administration
- Provision of financial administrative support for the Region
- Membership database management
- Other administrative duties will be involved as standard.
What are we looking for?
Applicants must have experience of a similar position with excellent customer service and support skills. You must have good IT skills with knowledge of MS Office applications and databases. The successful candidate will also have good written and excellent oral communication skills, a good team ethic is also essential.
